Love Education C.I.C is an organisation which carries out and promotes activities for the benefit of the local community, specifically disadvantged and minority ethinc groups and young people from disadvantaged backgrounds.
We offer academic tutoring, mentorship, coaching and arts education to enable young people to gain work experience and part-time employment opportunities thus increasing their life chances. Young people and their families will also be provided a safe space to develop and go on to be positive contributors in society. They'll become skilled with our literacy support, English speaking classes and CV writing workshops, which will give them positions within the company, thus increasing employment opportunities.
Love Literacy is Love Education C.I.C's sister company which has been providing bespoke intervention for 9+ years. Love Literacy proudly boasts a 96% pass rate at GCSE level, a wonderful meeting with HRH and is a trusted staple in the community. Love Education C.I.C aims to continue and expland this work.
Zara Muirhead is a qualified educator and entrepreneur, passionate about the community. She has been a youth worker, teacher and business woman and founded Love Education C.I.C to support others in education, training, mentorship and the arts.
Rachel Lake is a qualified teacher with extensive experience in the primary and secondary sector. As one of the directors of Love Education C.I.C, her desire is to see young people thrive in all areas of their lives.
Cal-l Muirhead is an actor, musician, writer and educator. He is excited to provide a space for creativity for aspiring and seasoned artists in East London/Essex areas and beyond.
Mary Beverley Constantine is part of our Administration Team. As secretary to the board and the organisation, her desire is to ensure her organisational skills and experience helps maintain the clerical side of the buisiness.
