Frequently Asked Questions
How long does a course run for?
Love Literacy courses take students on a year-long journey across the academic year from September to July. Holiday booster courses run for varied periods. Free workshops run subject to funding.
Is there additional homework?
Yes. Learners are given home learning tasks weekly to help consolidate understanding. Teachers monitor these tasks to assess progress and provide personalised feedback.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Course bookings are non-refundable upon purchase. Courses can be changed if booked in error.
Yearly subscriptions may be cancelled with 6 weeks' written notice.
What payment method do you accept?
All payments are made via Stripe via the website. The annual fee for courses is split into equal monthly payments.
How do I use a Coupon Code?
If you have a coupon or voucher code, this is useable at checkout. Discount codes can be used just once per booking.
How do one-to-one classes work?
One-to-one classes take place face-to-face or online via Zoom. Homework is issued weekly. We match students to Tutors based on the learner's need and availability.
